My property story. Landlord, investor and developer for 15+ years. I have a sizeable BTL portfolio and am also a director of Your Property Developments Ltd, with Mike.

At YPN … Mike and I launched the magazine after the 2008 crash to profile how people were making money from property. I love talking to investors and developers, learning from them and sharing ideas.

Beyond bricks and mortar? Skiing, holidays, Crossfit, spending time with my family, ferrying my eight-year old twins around, walking the dogs, enjoying the odd cider in west country pubs.

My property story. Involved with residential and commercial investment and development for the past ten years.

At YPN … Finance director – I’m really proud to have overseen ten years of fabulous growth in a truly exceptional property magazine. Ant and I worked closely together on all aspects in the early days but recently I’ve spent more time on sales, marketing and new products.

My property story. Started investing in 2008 so my wife could give up her job, and to boost our household income. Experience of direct-to-vendor marketing to source deals, student HMOs and, more recently, a letting strategy that generates higher monthly income (The LHA Strategy). We belong to multiple landlord associations and have multiple landlord accreditations.

At YPN … I love speaking to other property people and sharing their stories.

Beyond bricks and mortar? Outdoors: keeping fit, racquet sports and a bit of golf; Indoors: singing – I’ve given a few performances at friends/family functions!

My property story. Recently joined my family’s property investment business where we’re developing four plots, and have also started building my own BTL portfolio.

At YPN … As co-editor, I work with Raj to get the magazine out to you every month. I’m passionate about both the written word (to the point of nerdiness) and property. I’m also studying for the NCTJ Diploma in Journalism.

Beyond bricks and mortar? You’ll either find me globetrotting or in a Crossfit box.

My property story. HMO landlord, developer and interior designer. BTL, HMOs and flips. I got into property so I could live by my own rules and be at home with my family. As a problem solver I love the refurb process and am in my element creating something from nothing. My background in project management helps make it all happen.

At YPN … Passionate about language and communication in all its forms and enjoy bringing interesting, industry relevant information to likeminded people.

My property story.Chester based investor since 2014 with a mixed portfolio of blocks of flats, single lets and HMOs I specialise in creatively structured deals and have grown my portfolio using PLOs, R2Rs, Vendor Finance, Investor Finance and JVs.

At YPN … I am lucky enough to be able to indulge my passions for teaching and learning through interviewing industry experts for the Podcast and hosting the various training programmes.

Beyond bricks and mortar? I am a lifelong believer in personal development, I love podcasts, languages, photography, wellbeing, travelling and have lived in France and Spain for a few years. I have been a part of the Tony Robbins events team and a Top Performer on Simon Zutshi Mastermind 26.
