Your Property Network is the UK’s leading magazine for active property investors and the perfect place to promote all thing property.
We now have thousands of readers that subscribe to the magazine and we are growing by around 3,000 new subscribers every year and currently send out around 10,000 magazines per month. Our readers are of all age groups and one third of the database is concentrated in and around London with the rest of the data base evenly spread across the rest of the country.
Our rates for advertising are:
Full Page Advert – £500 plus VAT
Half Page Advert – £300 plus VAT
We do keep our advertising costs to a minimum for our readers, which means we cannot offer further discounts on longer term contracts)
If you would like to proceed with the advertisement we will need the following:
Full page A4 (210mm wide by 297mm high) with 3mm bleed on all sides. Important information and logos should be placed within 10mm from each edge of the page, to avoid them being cropped.
We need it by the 7th of the month, prior to the following months publication.

If you need help putting your advert together please send us copy of around 300 words plus two or three high resolution images (300dpi in jpeg format preferable). If you don’t have images, our designer can source some for you (with your guidance)
We don’t tie customers into long term contracts so its just pay as you go.
